Simply spend some time every hour just sitting and BEING, for you that is the best thing you can DO. Now, being is not watching TV, although I know you don’t watch TV. Being is not thinking or trying to figure out your life. Being is not going through all the things you need to do and trying to figure out how you will get it all done. Being is not even scrolling through social media. BEING is sitting in silence and stillness, allowing the mind to rest completely in what is right here now. Watch the leaves on the tree’s, listen to the rustle of the wind, feel the cool air on your face. BE PRESENT NOW!
